About AllGen Field Service
AllGen Field Service is the online home of AllGen LLC, a generator maintenance company serving standby and prime-power customers. This app brings our entire service operation into one place: our technicians use it to schedule maintenance visits, run standardized annual, semi-annual, and quarterly service checklists, record ATS load-test readings, track job time and materials, and keep every generator's service history up to date.
For customers, the app powers a secure portal where you can view your equipment, see upcoming and completed service visits, and review the work performed at each appointment — including ATS test readings and notes from your technician. No more digging through paper files to remember when your last service was done.
Built and maintained in-house by AllGen LLC, the app is designed first for the field: mobile-friendly, fast, and simple enough to use on a job site. Whether you own one generator or manage a portfolio of properties, everything about your service program lives here.
